"a lot of folks buy stuff new n always have dealers service their machines, thats all well n good but, i happen to be a fixer upper kinda guy. no matter what im working on, i can always count on the folks at jetsport to help me out. it doesnt matter if i need help tracking down parts, if i have specific questions, or if im just lost n need expert advice. theyre always happy to help. Sean and John at the service/parts counter are the best, professional, and knowledgeable. i could buy parts anywhere theres a reason i keep comin back. cant say enough good things about the jetsport experience, u just gotta go there for yourself."

"I had debated over and over where to go for service and also allow a "reputable" dealer handle the factory recall on my 2006 GSXR. I knew I didn't want to go back to where I purchased the bike from because it just didn't feel comfortable with the service end of their shop. Great bunch of guys, sales wise, but not all service shops are created equally. A good friend and colleague turned me onto this shop and all I can say is, WOW! I'm very particular about my bike and couldn't tell that these guys ever took it apart. They sold me. Sean did exactly what he said in record time. I will be back!!!"

"I don't even own a suzuki and I come there all the time. I've had nothing but bad experiences with Yamaha dealers and nothing but good with Jetsport. I'm seriously considering buying a suzuki because of the service here."

"I needed to repair my seadoo GTi so I called around to all the dealers in the area, most of them didn't want to talk to me I found them to be rude and unprofessional. However when I called Jet sport they took the time to explain to me my different options and what they would recommend they where able to fit me in the following day and completed the job that day! I used the ski all day that following day and had a great time with no issues! overall a great experience that i would highly recommend. thanks jets port you definitely have a customer for life!

"in august of 2008 I decided to go ahead and contact Jetsport after months of research and decision making as to what kind of suzuki I wanted and from what dealership I should purchase my bike from. I could have purchased from a dealership in the Bronx, 5min from home but Jetsport won my loyalty. I ended up purchasing a 2008 suzuki gsxr 1000 from Jetsport. Jetsport is a very professional and laid back dealership. They are not pushy yet they want to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. They made me a happy customer. I will not take my bike to anyone else but Jetsport. I recommend anyone interested in purchasing to just stop buy the shop."

"These guys are Great! I bought my SV650 last summer at a different dealership, and had problems with their service. I then brought it to another Suzuki service center and went through all kinds of horrors. JetSport was recommended to me and from the moment I spoke to Sean on the phone about getting my bike serviced I noticed a difference. When I brought my SV down to Jetsport the friendly professionalism was evident through the entire staff as well as their overall knowledge. The best part though came when I pick up my bike after service. The bike always ran well, but now I'm blown away. The choice of tires that Sean helped me pick out, Tire Pilots, is a perfect fit for my riding needs. I only wish I bought my bike from them initially so I could have avoided all the needless hassels that I had to go through. Thanks guys! "

"Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the motorcycle I purchased. Even after I brought the bike I had a couple of questions and they were more than willing to answer them. Would recommend to anyone. This is a great place to buy a bike. "I have 3 PWCs, 3 dirt bikes and 2 quads that I have regularly serviced at Jet sport and every time that I come in, Sean makes me feel like I am the most important customer they have. Not only does he accommodate my busy schedule, but I am always talked to with clear explanations and easy to understand options. I even bring the waverunners back from the Poconos over the summer so that they can be worked on at Jet Sport and not the local shops in the Poconos.
Today, my wife and I decided to retire one of our waverunners and get a new 4 stroke. In this day and age, the internet is sometimes the easiest place to shop and compare prices as well as purchase items. It is because of Sean and ONLY BECAUSE OF SEAN and the incredible relationship that has has created with me that I will make my $12,000+ purchase at Jet Sport without even shopping it elsewhere.
I know they would service any machine I brought in, but I feel like I would be doing a great disservice to myself by not purchasing from them.
